Chiefs and Crusaders are set to meet in the Super Rugby encounter at the ANZ National Stadium in Suva, Fiji on Friday.

Now known as Gallagher Chiefs for sponsorship reasons, the New Zealand side defeated Reds 46-17 in their last league match almost two weeks ago.
The win extended their winning streak to four matches in the competition. Before facing Reds, they had defeated Cheetahs, Western Force and Sunwolves.
The last time Chiefs were beaten at home in the Super Rugby was 12 months ago. Highlanders recorded a 26-13 win over Chiefs.

Meanwhile, Crusaders are oozing with confidence having beaten Hurricanes 20-12 in their last league match this past weekend.
The win extended their winning run to 11 matches in the tournament. Since beating Brumbies at home three months ago, they have been unstoppable.
The last time the New Zealand side tasted a defeat on the road was against Lions last July. They lost 42-25 to Lions away.
Crusaders are currently leading the Super Rugby Conference standings with 50 points, while second-placed Chiefs have 42 points.

Chiefs and Crusaders have met 25 times in Super Rugby history. The latter have dominated this fixture winning 16 games compared to Chiefs' nine victories.
