The biggest clubs in Spanish football will be eyeing top honors as they battle it out for the 2018/19 La Liga title. Arguably the biggest transfer news of the summer sees Cristiano Ronaldo make a €112 million big money move to the Old Lady. The Portuguese international joins Juventus at the back of a 9 season stellar career with Real Madrid, Juventus fans are certainly excited to have him in Turin. They’ll be hoping to see the same magic they witnesses when CR 7 scored a spectacular overhead kick in the Champions League last season which saw Real Madrid claim a 3-0 victory away from home.

His quality is unquestionable however will he have an instant impact? Juventus travel to Chievo in their season opener on Saturday, 18 August while last season’s runners up Napoli will look to rebuild after losing their manager Maurizio Sarri and key figure Jorginho to English side Chelsea. They travel to a talented Lazio side who will look to improve on their last season fifth place finish.
