European titans Juventus and Manchester City will battle it out for top spot in Group G when they lock horns in the 2025 Club World Cup at the Camping World Stadium on Thursday, June 26.
 
The Old Lady lead the way on goals scored after two matches as they are tied with the Citizens on six points following back-to-back wins in the revamped intercontinental competition.
 
Igor Tudor's side kicked off proceedings in the United States with a 5-0 demolition of United Arab Emirates' Al Ain on June 19 before cruising to a comfortable 4-1 victory over Morocco's Wydad Casablanca three days later.
 
Juve winger Kenan Yildiz is the joint-top scorer with three goals, having netted one against Al Zaeem and bagging a brace against the Red Castle.

City lifted the trophy on their Club World Cup debut in 2023 and they began their title defence by beating Wydad 2-0 on June 18, followed by a crushing 6-0 win against Al Ain five days later.
 
Pep Guardiola's side are just one of two teams to have not conceded any goals yet, with Brazil's Palmeiras being the other.
 
The English giants also have seven different goalscorers; Phil Foden, Jeremy Doku, Claudio Echeverri, Erling Haaland, Oscar Bobb and Rayan Cherki all found the back of the net once, while Ilkay Gundogan chalked up a double against Al Ain.
 
Tudor hailed Yildiz as a "special talent" after the Turkey international played a starring role against the three-time African champions in Philadelphia.
 
"He has huge potential, he has rare qualities: he can make the difference up front with the dynamism of a midfielder. He's a special talent, but it's his mentality that will take him far," the Croatian said.

Guardiola is relishing the clash with Juve as it is good preparation for the knockout stages, where they are likely to face Red Bull Salzburg or Al Hilal.
 
"What's important is we're in the next phase," the Spaniard said. "We want to go through and in the end have to face top teams sooner or later.
 
"You see Brazilian teams and top-class European team, it's not a big concern. We have four days to play Juventus then after the next opponent. Happy to be one week more here in the United States."
