Czechia MotoGP.

The Ducati BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP rider claimed a podium spot at the German MotoGP on July 13, the most recent event on the 2025 MotoGP calendar.
Marquez started second on the grid and went on to finish second, but he finished eighth in the sprint event, collecting 22 points from the Sachsenring.
MotoGP title ambitions
The former Estrella Galicia 0,0 team member is still placed second in the 2025 MotoGP Riders' standings, having collected 261 points from 11 races.
Alex is 83 points behind leader Marc Marquez of Ducati and 64 points ahead of third-placed Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati.
Why Alex Marquez could win the 2025 Czechia MotoGP
The 2012 CEV Moto3 season's title winner is the only rider who has so far been able to keep up with Marc Marquez, but he needs to start winning races in order to win the MotoGP world title.
Alex, who won the 2019 Czechia Moto2 title, will be determined to register his second career victory in the Czech Republic and close the gap on Marc.
What did he say?
“We weren’t expecting to be here today," Alex Marquez said after the 2025 German MotoGP.
"We headed to Germany with the idea of losing the fewest possible points to Pecco, and we’re leaving here with six more. The hand responded well even though I can’t say I’m 100% fit.
"But it’s surely a good sign for me, for the team and for our championship aspirations. We’ll be more or less in the same condition in Brno, even though I hope to improve some more before the summer break.”
