Bayern Munich will square off with Eintracht Frankfurt in a
German Bundesliga match at the Allianz Arena on May 23.
The Bavarians secured a comfortable 2-0 win over Union Berlin away in their last league match which was played on May 17.
It was Bayern's fifth successive win in the league and they are also undefeated in their last 12 matches in the competition.
They are also undefeated in their last six home matches in the Bundesliga having recorded five wins and one draw.
Manuel Neuer, the Bayern goalkeeper, says they cannot afford to underestimate any team ahead of their clash with Frankfurt.
"We're trying to do our best of course, we've worked very hard, and now we want to live up to our full potential," Neuer said.
"It's a new situation, we have to cope with it. One of the nine matchdays is over. We shouldn't write off any team."
Meanwhile, Frankfurt are coming off a 3-1 defeat to Borussia Monchengladbach at home in their last league match which was played on May 16.
It was the Moody Diva's fourth consecutive league defeat having also lost to Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen and Union Berlin.
Frankfurt are also winless in their last three away matches in the Bundesliga having registered two defeats and one draw which was against Fortuna Dusseldorf.
The last time Bayern took on Frankfurt in a league match was on 2 November 2019. The Moody Diva secured an impressive 5-1 win over the Bavarians in a match which was played at the Commerzbank Arena.
