The passport I sent has expired so what can I do?
Answer: Please note that we do not accept expired passport documents. We would suggest that you visit your nearest Home Affairs office for assistance with updating your expired document.
Betway may also, in its sole discretion, accept the following forms of identification:
- a valid, current work permit, or
- a valid, current asylum seeker or refugee permit,
Provided that any such document has not, on the face of it, expired and reflects the full name, and bears a photograph of, the Customer.
