During the sign-up I used the wrong name and ever since I've been trying to FICA, but it says name does not match

Unfortunately, you won't be able to update your Name or Surname on your own. To correct this, you'll need to email our FICA team for their assistance. Please ensure that you add the below in your email:

  1. Email subject: Update Details request (Insert your registered Betway cellphone number)
  2. A brief explanation stating that you registered your name incorrectly
  3. Attach A clear image of your ID/Passport or Marriage Certificate (if it’s a surname change)
  4. Attach a selfie of you holding your Open ID / Card / Driver's License next to your face
  5. Please make sure not to crop the document or have any obstructions. Also, ensure that there is sufficient lighting, and the document is clear and not blurry**

**Once emailed, kindly allow up to 48 hours for review and feedback. Please do contact support after 48 hours should you not receive a response. Kindly provide the support agent with your personal email address used to email our FICA team, so that they can follow up.
