I can't find the email that informs me to send my documents, what can I do?

Just log into your account Click "Menu" and "Documents Upload" or access this link: https://www.betway.co.za/document-upload.

1. Click on the “Choose” File option to take a photo of the document or upload a file. Please note that you can only upload the following file formats: Word Doc; PDF; JPG; PNG and GIF.
2. Please ensure that the file size per upload is not larger than 4MB.
3. Once the file / photo has been uploaded, click on “Save File” to upload your document(S).
4. Review and vetting of documents may take up to 48 hours (slightly longer over weekends and public holidays). You can view the status of any upload by selecting the “View Status” option.
5. Should your upload fail, you can then email us directly using the email address, fica@betway.co.za. Please ensure that you use your registered Betway cellphone number in the email subject and attach clear images of all supporting documents.
