Lando Norris will be keen to record his third victory of the 2025 Formula One World Championship season by winning the
Canadian Grand Prix.

The McLaren driver secured a podium spot at the Spanish Grand Prix on June 1, the most recent race on the 2025 Formula One World Championship calendar.
Norris started on the second grid and went on to finish second, achieving his 34th podium in Formula One, while also collecting 18 points.
Formula One title ambitions
The 2016 Formula Renault Eurocup champion is still placed second in the World Drivers' Championship standings, having accumulated 176 points.
Norris is 10 points behind leader Oscar Piastri of McLaren and 39 points ahead of second-placed Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing.
Why Norris could win the 2025 Canadian Grand Prix
The British racing driver will be returning to the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, where he came close to being crowned Canadian Grand Prix champion last year, as he finished second.
Norris, who won this season's Australian Grand Prix and Monaco Grand Prix, will be determined to go one step further and win this weekend's Canadian Grand Prix.
What did he say?
"After a weekend away from racing I’m excited to get back on track," Norris said ahead of the 2025 Canadian Grand Prix.
"It was great to spend some time with the team back in Woking last week, where we were able to look back on the season so far while also working hard to prepare for the Canadian Grand Prix.
“Montreal is a great city and I love racing there. We'll be doing everything we can to fight for the win and bring home more important points."
