SuperSport United will take on Mamelodi Sundowns in the 2019 MTN8 semi-final first-leg match on Sunday.
Matsatsantsa secured their place in the semi-finals after defeating Bidvest Wits 3-0 away in the quarter-finals two weeks ago.
They are heading into this encounter undefeated in their last four matches across all competitions.
SuperSport thrashed Orlando Pirates 3-0 in their last home game which was an Absa Premiership match earlier this month.
Matsatsantsa will look to in-form striker Bradley Grobler, who has netted four goals across all competitions this season.
Meanwhile, Sundowns booked their place in the semi-finals after defeating Bloemfontein Celtic 3-1 in the quarter-finals a fortnight ago.
The Brazilians are undefeated in their last five matches across all competitions.
They secured a 2-1 victory over Bloemfontein Celtic in their last away match which was an Absa Premiership game in midweek.
Sundowns will look to in-form midfielder Zwane, who has also found the back of the net four times across all competitions this season.
