Sunderland will face AZ Alkmaar in UEFA Club action in midweek. They will be without Habib Diarra and Romain Mundle due to injuries, while left-back Reinildo Mandava will be suspended for the match against City. New signing Juan Riquelme Angulo is now available after his visa was approved.
