Well on course to fight for yet another
Serie A title, reigning champions Napoli will now turn their attention to Torino in matchday seven at Olimpico di Torino this weekend.
Napoli are currently sitting in pole position on the table following six matches played in Serie A.
After suffering a 2-1 defeat against AC Milan in matchday five, Napoli last saw out a 2-1 win against Genoa as goals by Andre-Frank Zambo and Rasmus Hojlund were enough for the Italian giants to earn maximum points on home soil.
Torino on the other hand are winless in their last three Serie A matches and recorded an eventful 3-3 draw with Lazio in their latest fixture ahead of the International Break.
As it stands, Torino have accumulated just five points from six matches and sit in 16
th place on the log.
Speaking after Napoli’s 2-1 win against Genoa, coach Antonio Conte praised Hojlund for his upward trajectory in form and urged the on-loan Manchester United forward to continue working on reaching his full potential.
"He's a 22-year-old who was on the sidelines at Manchester United,” Conte said.
“He has significant room for improvement, he needs to work because he has the potential to become a star, and he's proving it."
