Newcastle United will face off with Liverpool FC in an
English Premier League match at St James' Park on July 26.
This will be the 50th league meeting between the two teams in the English Premier League era.

Virgil Van Dijk, the Liverpool defender, says they are looking forward to their last two games against Chelsea and Newcastle United following their defeat to Arsenal.
"We played well, I had a feeling we could win here comfortably at one point, but obviously if you give them the goals you see what happens," Van Dijk said.
“Unfortunately I made the mistake, I take the blame for it of course. I take it as a man and we move on."
“We’ll try to win the last two games and get a well-deserved break, but we don’t need to forget that we had a fantastic season already.”
Newcastle are winless in their last three home matches in the league having recorded two draws and one defeat.
The Magpies succumbed to a 3-1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in their last home which was played on 15 July 2020.
While Liverpool have been inconsistent on the road in the league having registered three defeats, one win and one draw.
The Reds suffered a 2-1 defeat to Arsenal in their last away match which was played on 15 July 2020.
