The 2019 Charles Schwab Challenge is set to take place at the Colonial Country Club in Texas, USA between 23-26 May.
This is one of five invitational tournaments on the PGA Tour and the inaugural event was held 73 years ago in 1946.
The competition honours the history of golf by using an official Scottish tartan plaid jacket for its champions and top committee chairmen.
English golfer Justin Rose is the defending champion having won the Charles Schwab Challenge title last year.
There are 122 players in this year's invitational field including two past champions Tom Purtzer and Keith Clearwater.
The field is headlined by Rose, Kevin Kisner, Jon Rahm as well as Jordan Spieth, who has won three major tournaments.
American star Spieth will be hoping to win the Charles Schwab Challenge for the second time having won it in 2016.
The late Ben Hogan of the USA is the most decorated golfer in the history of tournament having won five titles.
The 2019 Charles Schwab Challenge offers a $7.3 million purse with a winner's share of $1.3 million.
