Villarreal will be wary of dropping points against Getafe when they meet at La Ceramica on Saturday, December 6 in the early kick-off.
The Yellow Submarine have impressed so far this season and they are in the mix for the
La Liga title after winning 10 of their opening 14 matches.
Marcelino's side beat Real Sociedad 3-2 on November 30 courtesy of a last-gasp goal from Alberto Moleiro to make it five wins on the spin as they moved within two points of league leaders Barcelona in third place.
The Castellon outfit are unbeaten in their last 13 games against Getafe, but wins haven't always been easy to come by as three of their five most recent encounters ended in stalemates.

The Azulones have enjoyed a promising first four months of the campaign themselves and are challenging for a European berth.
Jose Bordalas' side suffered recent setbacks with defeats against Real Mallorca (1-0) and Atletico Madrid (1-0), but they bounced back by triumphing over Elche by the same scoreline on November 28.
It was their third win in five outings and saw the Madrid-based club move within four points of Espanyol (6th) and Real Betis (5th) in seventh position.

Marcelino attributed his team's strong start this term to cohesion within the group, admitting it's no mean feat to achieve what they have with also competing in the UEFA Champions League.
"To win here, at such a tough ground, is reason enough to congratulate the players. To have 32 points from 42, plus five wins in a row, is incredible," the Spaniard said.
"It's remarkable to accumulate the points we have, having played at very difficult grounds. It's a very cohesive group where everyone makes the most of their minutes, and those minutes are quality minutes.
"We have to be grateful. Achieving this while also playing in the Champions League is no simple feat. Now we must try to carry this form into both competitions."
