Serie A
Matchday 34
Napoli v Cremonese
Stadio Diego Armando Maradona
Naples, Italy
Friday, 24 April 2026
Kick-off is at 20:45
After a painful defeat in their most recent Serie A outing, Napoli will target a return to the winning column when they welcome Cremonese to Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Friday night.
The reigning league champions currently hold third position on the table, after accumulating 66 points from 33 games so far. Following a 2-0 loss against Lazio on home soil during Matchday 33, Napoli slumped to a 12 point gap on log leaders Inter Milan who looks well on course to bag the 2025/26 title.
Regarding their immediate form, Napoli are winless in their last two games, while recording three wins, one draw and one defeat in their previous handful of Serie A ties.
While Napoli struggled with major injuries throughout the campaign, Cremonese lingered at the lower end of the table as they sit just one point above the relegation zone with five games left to play.
Cremonese recorded a 0-0 draw with Torino last time out, taking their tally to 28 points from 33 matches.
In their battle to stay up, Cremonese will go into their next fixture on the back of three losses, one win and one draw in their last five ties.

Reflecting on Napoli’s home defeat against Lazio, Antonio Conte believes that his side took a massive blow in their bid to retain the Scudetto trophy.
"It certainly wasn't a good match on our part; we put little quality in the middle of the field, and Lazio waited for us, closing the spaces and restarting," Conte said.
"We had the ball for 70% of the match without ever kicking on goal. We took this beautiful blow to the teeth.
“Maybe I wasn't good at perceiving this 'malaise' that developed after Parma, and I didn't give the right motivations."
