2025 Miami Grand Prix is poised to take place in a city in north-central Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA, on 4 May.
What to know about the Miami Grand Prix
The Miami Grand Prix was held for the first time during the 2022 season and it takes place at the Miami International Autodrome.
The race is part of the Formula One calendar on a ten-year contract as part of the agreement with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA).

The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, which was the fifth round of the 2025 Formula One World Championship, was won by Oscar Piastri of McLaren on 20 April.
Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing and Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc finished second and third, respectively, at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit.
Standings
Piastri is placed at the top of the World Drivers' Championship standings, having won three races in the current season.
McLaren driver Lando Norris and Verstappen are placed second and third, respectively, in the standings, as they battle for the championship with Piastri.
Favourites
The top three drivers, Piastri, Verstappen and Norris, are the hot favourites to win the Miami Grand Prix.
Fifth-placed Leclerc and fourth-placed George Russell of Mercedes are also contenders to win this weekend's race, having secured podium spots this season.

“This weekend was looking really strong, we did no laps in practice in the long run so I guess we couldn’t really capture the fact that maybe we weren’t on the pace, or we couldn’t capture what the potential problems were going to be,” Russell said after finishing fifth at the Saudi Grand Prix.
“It is interesting, we didn’t expect to be so good in Bahrain and we expected to be stronger here and it turned out to be the opposite, that’s the nature of this sport and everyone is working hard to try and find more performance.”
