2025/26 Premier League
Matchday 6
Brentford FC vs Manchester United
Gtech Community Stadium
London, England
Saturday, 27 September 2025
Kick-off is at 13h30
Brentford FC will take on a revitalised Manchester United side in the Premier League match at Gtech Community Stadium on 27 September.
Current Form
The Bees suffered a 3-1 defeat to Fulham FC away on 20 September, extending their winless run to three matches in the league in the process.
However, Brentford are undefeated in their last two home matches in the Premier League, having registered one win and one draw at the Gtech Community Stadium.
Meanwhile, United emerged as 2-1 winners over Chelsea FC at home on 20 September and it was their second win in their last three league matches.
However, the Red Devils are winless in their last seven away matches in the Premier League, having recorded five defeats and two draws on the road.
Team News
Brentford have no suspension concerns, but Paris Maghoma and Michael Kayode are the only players on the club's injury list at the moment.
United, on the other hand, have Lisandro Martinez and Diogo Dalot in their injury list presently and their teammate Casemiro is suspended.
Quotes
"We started the game really well, really sharp, really physical," United defender Luke Shaw said after his side's win over Chelsea.
"We put them under a lot of pressure in the first five and 10 minutes and obviously that then brings the mistake from them.
"We know we can punish teams more with the chances we've created but, definitely defensively, we were much better defending in the box. We're very pleased."
Head-to-Head
Brentford edged out United 4-3 in their last meeting in the league, which was on 4 May at Gtech Community Stadium.
The win ended the Bees' four-match winless run in the Premier League against the Red Devils, who had registered three wins and one draw.
