11 August, 2021 – Betway South Africa, in partnership with SA Rugby, is proud to announce a groundbreaking partnership between Betway and reigning world champions, the Springboks.
The sponsorship will see Betway becoming the three-time world champions associate sponsor for the next three years. The strategic partnership will enable the two names to work together in bringing passionate fans even closer to the game.
With Betway having already embarked on several beneficial community rugby initiatives over the last few years, the partnership with the world champions marks a significant step in the brand’s rapid growth and reach of South African rugby fans, communities, and various stakeholders in the game.
Describing the historic agreement, Betway SA Marketing Manager David Rachidi said, “Partnering with the world champions marked a momentous stride in the brand’s ever-evolving approach to consumer engagement.

With the Springboks preparing for the upcoming Rugby Championship, Betway will be working closely with SA Rugby on some exciting new initiatives that will be announced in due course as part of the new partnership.
