South Africa and Australia will meet in the 1st T20I match in Johannesburg on Friday, February 21.
The Proteas are coming off a 2-1 defeat to England in the T20I series as they lost by five wickets in the 3rd and final match in Centurion.
The two teams also played to a 1-1 draw in the ODI Series after Rain during South Africa's innings prevented any further play in the second match.

Proteas opening batsman Temba Bavuma has been ruled out of this Friday’s series opener against Australia after suffering a hamstring strain.
The injury took place while he was fielding in the third T20 international against England on Sunday.
On the other hand, Australia are coming off a 2-1 defeat to India in the ODI Series which was played in India.
The Baggy Greens' batsman Steve Smith is back in South Africa for the first time since the ball-tampering scandal in 2018.
The highly-rated batsman says he's been given a warm and "normal" reception so far on his return to South Africa.
"Just initially I was like 'the last time I left here, it wasn't pretty," Smith said

"It wasn't the best time in my life, but I've moved on from that. I've learned a lot in the last two years and I'm moving forward.
I've been to a few restaurants and people have been lovely. A couple of guys have come up and had some photos … and been really nice," he added.
"It's been pretty normal to when I've been here previously."
