The Boston Celtics will look to slay the Sacramento Kings when the teams meet for a National Basketball Association (NBA) Regular Season game at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, on the morning of Saturday 26 November 2022. Tip-off is at 03:00.
The Celtics have enjoyed a brilliant start to the 2022-23 season, setting the pace at the top of the Eastern Conference and underlining their class with an emphatic 117-109 win over the New Orleans Pelicans this past weekend.
“We can’t try to look too far ahead and forget about the details that need to be taken care of right in front of us,” Boston star Jalen Brown said. "We can’t take it for granted and get excited. Every day counts. Every game counts. We’ve got to continue to find ways to win. Tonight, we had some rough patches but it was a good example of still finding a way to get a W.”

The Kings, meanwhile, have had a decent start to the campaign and find themselves in mid-table in the Western Conference. They have also enjoyed some fine form of late, notably crushing the San Antonio Spurs 130-112.
“He’s playing hard," Malik Monk said about De’Aaron Fox, who had 28 points and eight assists. “He usually takes a couple plays off, but Mike (Brown) won’t let him do that.”

“Malik (Monk) is a guy that can start or come off the bench,” Kings coach Brown said. “He’s so talented... he's changed a lot of games for us. He was big for us during crunch time."
In head-to-head stats, the Celtics and the Kings have met in 307 Regular Season games since 1948-49. Boston has claimed 188 wins compared to 119 for Sacramento.
The teams’ most recent Regular Season meeting was in March 2022, with the Celtics winning 126-97 in Sacramento thanks to 32 and 30 points from Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown respectively.
