Oklahoma City Thunder are taking on the Indiana Pacers in the
2024/25 National Basketball Association (NBA) Finals.
Game 1 & Game 2
Indiana Pacers stunned the Oklahoma City Thunder 111-110 on June 6 at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City in Game 1 of the NBA Finals.
However, the Thunder got their revenge as they beat the Pacers 123-107 at the Paycom Center on June 9 to tie the Finals at one game apiece.
Game 3
The two teams have turned their attention to Game 2, which is scheduled to take place at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Thursday.
The winner of Game 2 will take a 2-1 lead in the series with four potential games left as the battle to be crowned NBA champions continues.
What Is At Stake
The winner of the series will receive the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy, which is the championship trophy awarded by the NBA to the champions of the Finals.
The NBA would also distribute $34.7 million in playoff bonuses and each player on the winning team is expected to be paid $514,970 for winning the whole thing.
