Chicago Bulls will go head to head with the Golden State Warriors in a
National Basketball Association (NBA) match on January 15.
This will be the 164th match between the two teams in regular-season games since 1966 when the Bulls were established.
The Bulls have the upper hand in this rivalry having registered 84 wins compared to the Warriors' 79 victories.

The last meeting between two teams was on 2 December 2022 and the game was played at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.
The Warriors defeated the Bulls, 119-111 as Jordan Poole led all scorers with 30 points for the former, while Klay Thompson (26 points, six assists).
The Bulls find themselves in the 10th spot on the Eastern Conference standings having recorded 19 victories and 22 defeats from 41 matches.
On the other hand, the Warriors are placed sixth on the Western Conference standings having registered 20 victories and 20 defeats from 40 games.

Zach LaVine led the Bulls with 27 points, scoring 15 in the fourth quarter as they succumbed to a 107-99 defeat to the Boston Celtics at the TD Garden.
Chicago coach Billy Donovan praised LaVine who is a two-time Slam Dunk Contest champion, he was named an NBA All-Star in 2021 and 2022.
“The way he played gave us a chance to win and I thought our guys competed and battled,” Donovan said.
“But I thought there were some things we needed to clean up, like the rebounding and some of the straight-line drives and some of the late rotations.”
