Despite a frustrating draw with Torino in their last Serie A match, Inter Milan could clinch the league match with a victory over Parma at the San Siro on Sunday.
Inter moved one crucial step closer to securing their first Serie A title since the 2023/24 season last Sunday, albeit following a disappointing 2-2 draw with Torino during Matchday 34. Despite blowing a 2-0 lead over their opponents, Inter remain 10 points clear in first place with four games to go.
Following a run of three wins and two draws in their last five, Inter need only three points to bag the trophy, while they boast the best attacking record in the league with a mammoth 80 goals from 34 matches.
Parma however, will be no push over given their recent run of results, as they noted wins over Udinese and Pisa in their last two matches to take their tally to 42 points in 12th position.
As for their form sheet, Parma will go into their next tie with a record of two wins, two draws and one defeat in their last five Serie A assignments.

Reflecting after Inter’s draw with Torino, Cristian Chivu expressed his ‘regret’ at not attaining maximum points during a tense ‘assault’ from their opposing attackers.
“There is regret. We had the match in hand but we conceded to their final assault when they found more energy,” Chivu said.
“The first goal frightened us and the second followed. We tried to make it 3-2 but in certain matches you risk losing them.
“Credit to Torino, they never gave up and could even have gone ahead.
