Fourteen Absa Premiership teams will be in action during match day eight of the 2018/19 campaign.
 
The first game of the weekend will be between current log leaders, Bidvest Wits and Polokwane City at the Bidvest Stadium on Friday. Kick-off is at 20h00.

The Clever Boys are unbeaten in their last two league games, while Rise and Shine are eyeing their second successive win.
 
Four game are scheduled to be played on Saturday with two games set to kick-off at 15h00.
 
Baroka FC will welcome Orlando Pirates at the Peter Mokaba Stadium, while Chippa United will be away to Golden Arrows at the Princess Magogo Stadium.
 
At the FNB Stadium, Kaizer Chiefs will play host to a stubborn AmaZulu FC side, who drew 3-3 with the defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns last weekend. Kick-off is at 18h00.

The last game of the day will be between a struggling Free State Stars side and Highlands Park, who are unbeaten this season, at the Goble Park. 
 
Two games are set to be played on Sunday and both matches will kick-off at 15h00.
 
An unbeaten Bloemfontein Celtic side will be looking to maintain its good start to the season when they host Maritzburg United at the Dr Molemela Stadium.
 
Lastly, Black Leopards are expected to travel to the Lucas Moripe Stadium where they are set to take on a tough SuperSport United side.
