How to “Edit” my bet?

If you they need to remove or edit your betslip because you are making a general inquiry or made a mistake. Please reference the terms below:

  1. Selections can only be voided on multi-bets.
  2. Customer voids are only allowed if the selection is pre-match.
  3. There must be at least 1 pre-match selection remaining on the betslip
  4. Voids can be actioned only on the selections that haven’t started, provided there is 1 pre-match event remaining
  5. Voids by customers cannot be done on Live-In-Play or Outrights
  6. Once a player voids an event, this action cannot be reversed
  7. Only two player voids will be allowed per betslip.

Edit my bet steps:

Please see below steps on how to edit your bet:

  1. Visit the "My Bets section" of your account
  2. Find your event and select the “X” next to the event
  3. Once you click on the “X,” you will receive a pop up; "Are you sure you want to void this selection?"
  4. You then need to confirm that you wish to edit the bet, and the event will be reflected as "Player Void"

Edited Betslip Example Single Bet

If a customer asks for an example of a voided Single bet, please give them the below:

Bet amount = R50
Manchester United Odds = 1.80

Calculation = Bet amount x Odds:
R50 X 1.8
= R90

Due to a snowstorm, the Manchester game is cancelled and your stake of R50 is refunded to you.

Edited Betslip Example Multi-Bet:

If a customer asks for an example of a voided multi-bet slip, please give them the below:

Your betslip before an event is voided:

Bet amount: R100

Games and their odds:

  • Orlando Pirates: 2.30
  • Kaizer Chiefs: 1.30
  • Manchester United: 1.80

Take the odds of each game and multiply all of them together 2.3 X 1.3 X 1.8
= 5.382
 Bet amount (R100) X 5.382 Odds
= R538
Total payout = R538

Your betslip after the Manchester United event is voided (removed) due to poor weather conditions.

Bet amount: R100

Games and their odds:

  • Orlando Pirates: 2.3
  • Kaizer Chiefs: 1.3
    X Manchester United 1.80 (The Manchester United game will be removed)

Take the odds of each game and multiply all of them together: 2.3 X 1.3
= 2.99
Bet amount (R100) X 2.99 total odds
= R299

Total payout = R299 (your payout is now less R239 as the odds of the Manchester United game were removed)
