Cancelling or "Void"-ing bets
What does the term “Void” mean?
To be voided means that the event/game on your bet slip is cancelled/removed. This may happen for several reasons. The first reason is a player request, you can manually void(edit) selections on your own betslip. The other reasons can include, but are not limited to; game postponement, poor weather conditions, abandonment, failure to settle a market or technical errors, etc.
What happens if a game is abandoned/postponed?
If a game has been postponed, abandoned or suspended but is played/rescheduled within 48 hours of the first scheduled time, any bets placed will stand. If the game is not played/rescheduled it shall be voided (removed). In the event of a single bet, your stake is refunded and in the event of a multibet, voided selections are removed, and potential return is recalculated.

- Voids by customers cannot be done on Live-In-Play or Outrights.
- Once a player voids an event, this action cannot be reversed
- A maximum of 2 selections can be voided per betslip.
