Betway 12th man is an initiative specifically targeted at former South African football professionals with an aim of continuing to touch the lives of local communities in South Africa. In partnership with football legend, Lucas Radebe, Betway 12th man will see 10 ex-footballers (male & female) embarking on a life-changing six-month journey which will see them graduate with a variety of skills and qualifications to increase their chances of employment. During this period we will invite various industry experts from the fields of coaching, broadcast, finance and event management to endow the former players with practical skills for them to plough back in their communities.
The former players will complete 4 workshops over the full 6 months.
