Spearheaded by former Bafana Bafana captain Lucas Radebe, the next phase of the programme took place on 12 and 13 April with the focus shifting to Project Management.
The two-day module was designed to expose the participants to the challenging world of developing and rolling out a project or event.

17 March 2019 – The second workshop of the ground-breaking Betway 12^th Man programme concluded this week after another insightful two days of learning and information sharing. The two-day workshop saw the 10 selected legends taking their financial knowledge and club administration skills to new heights as the life-changing six-month journey continues for the former footballers.

For years, sports fans have been entertained by the skills showcased on the field of play by South African football legends. But, for many of these legends, adjusting to life after a professional career in football can be challenging.
The Betway 12^th Man initiative, anchored by former Bafana Bafana captain Lucas Radebe, Kicked off with a premier launch event in Illovo on Tuesday the 19th of February.
